Mayfield Inn Pet Policy

The Mayfield Inn & Suites is happy to be a Pet Friendly Hotel and we look forward to welcoming our Furry Friends! When traveling with your pet, we want to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. For your safety we ask you to follow the guidelines below:

Note there are certain areas of the hotel where pets are not permitted such as the restaurant and lounge, meeting rooms and fitness centre.

1. Quiet time in the hotel is 11:00 PM
2. Pets must be leashed while in public areas of the hotel.
3. We prefer that your pet not be left unattended in your room, however if this is unavoidable, you must inform the front desk and leave a contact phone number so that we may contact you if should your pet become agitated.
4. If this is the case, associates will not enter you guest room, including housekeeping.
5. Please arrange a convenient time with the front desk when you will be leaving the room with your pet, so that our housekeeping team can service your room.
6. Damages to the guest room caused by your pet will be added to your credit card automatically.
7. Should your pet create a disturbance affecting the comfort of other guests, you will be expected to compensate the hotel for this loss of revenue.
8. A charge of 25.00+ GST per night, per animal will apply to cover additional cleaning costs after your stay.
9. Maximum 2 cats or 2 dogs per room is allowed.
