Pet Friendly Hotel - Pet Policy
The Mayfield Inn & Suites is happy to be a Pet Friendly Hotel in Edmonton, AB. We look forward to welcoming our furry friends! When traveling with your pet, we want to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. For your safety we ask you to follow the guidelines below:
- Note there are certain areas of the hotel where pets are not permitted such as the restaurant and lounge, meeting rooms and fitness centre.
- Quiet time in the hotel is 11:00 PM
- Pets must be leashed while in public areas of the hotel.
- We prefer that your pet not be left unattended in your room, however if this is unavoidable, you must inform the front desk and leave a contact phone number so that we may contact you if should your pet become agitated.
- If this is the case, associates will not enter you guest room, including housekeeping.
- Please arrange a convenient time with the front desk when you will be leaving the room with your pet, so that our housekeeping team can service your room.
- Damages to the guest room caused by your pet will be added to your credit card automatically.
- Should your pet create a disturbance affecting the comfort of other guests, you will be expected to compensate the hotel for this loss of revenue.
- Pet fees are $35.00 per night to a maximum of $200.00 per week to a maximum of $325.00 per month for a consecutive stay.
- Maximum 2 cats or 2 dogs per room is allowed.
